User/Consultant can select Menu -> Settings to view these resources.

The app will work on all iOS devices with iOS version 9.0 and above. It has been built for iPhone but will run in compatible mode on iPad as well.
How can a user/consultant add credit to their account to avail services of Audio call and Video call ?
User/Consultant can add credit to their account from App/Web.
App: User/Consultant can select Menu -> Settings, tap on "Add Credit to account" button which will display a list of 5 In-App Purchase options (USD 4.99, 9.99, 19.99, 49.99, 99.99). On selecting any one of them and completing the In-App Purchase, the amount will be credited to Snafwho account.
Web: User/Consultant can select Menu -> Credit Account, tap on it will display a list of 5 options (USD 4.99, 9.99, 19.99, 49.99, 99.99). On selecting any one of them and completing the purchase from PayPal, the amount will be credited to Snafwho account.
How can a user/consultant disable his/her account?
User/Consultant can disable his/her account by notifying the same via email to Snafwho. In return Snafwho will make changes to account accordingly.
Why would user/consultant account be suspended?
User/Consultant account may be suspended due to any violations performed as per mentioned in Privacy Policy or Terms Of Use. In that case User/Consultant should contact Snafwho to enable it again.
How would blocking affect a User?
When a User visits the profile of a Consultant who has blocked him/her, the following will be disabled: Request Consultation, Chat, Audio Call, Video Call.

How can a user join the app?
User can select Home -> Join and register as a user. Then user can use the username and password entered during Registration to login to the app.

How does the Home screen list help in finding a consultant?
The Home screen lists the consultants sorted by their rating, top rated consultants appear on top.
How can a user search for a specific consultant?
User can type in a search text in the search box on Home screen. This will take user to a new screen with search results and provide further options to filter them.
What filter options are available?
User can select Filter option from search results screen. And can filter the search results by country they are in, postal code, skills/categories, availability.

What sort options are available?
User can sort search results alphabetically, call rates and availability of consultant.
How can a user view a consultant detail?
User can select any listed consultant from the list on Home or in search results to view detail.
How can a user request for a consultation to a consultant?
User can select Consultant Detail -> Request Consultation option, user will be navigated to Consultant's calendar from where user can select a time slot and enter date/time and submit the request.

Where can a user view the status of the requests they have made for consultation?
User can select Menu -> My Requests and see the status of requests - Waiting for response, Canceled, Approved, Expired.
How can a user cancel a request before the consultation?
User can select Menu -> My Requests and swipe on a request to cancel it.

How can a user call the consultant at time of consultation?
User can select Consultant Detail -> Audio Call or Video Call option to make the call. The call options will be enabled only if the consultant is online and in the app. Otherwise, these call options would be disabled.
Can a user send a direct message to the consultant?
User can select Consultant Detail -> Chat and send a message.
Where can a user view replies to their chat messages?
User can select Menu -> Chat History and all chat sessions will be visible.
Can a user change/cancel the date/time for a consultation?
User can cancel an existing consultation from Menu -> My Requests by swiping on a request.User also can reschedule the meeting by navigating to Consultant Detail -> Request Consultation.
How can a user provide ratings to a consultant for a consultation?
At the conclusion of each call, user must provide consultant ratings. Users should not be allowed to use the app further, until the ratings are not provided.
Where can a user view previous calls made?
User can select Menu -> Call History to view all calls.
Where can a user check the amount paid for a call?
User can select Menu -> Transaction History and view all transactions.
How can user logout of the app?
User can select Menu -> Logout and tap on 'Yes' button from dialog to signout of the app.
For consultants:
How can a consultant join the app?
Consultant can select Home -> Join screen and register as a consultant. The consultant can use the username and password entered during Registration to login into the app.

How does a consultant set up a schedule?
Consultant can select Menu -> My Calendar and set his availability for the coming week.

How can a consultant change availability?
Consultant can select Menu -> My Calendar and change availability.
Where can the consultant view requests received for consultation?
Consultant can select Menu -> Pending Requests and all the requests are listed here.

How can a consultant approve/reject a request received for consultation?
Consultant can select Menu -> Pending Requests and swipe on a request to approve/reject it.

How can a consultant reply to a chat message to the user?
User can select Menu -> Chat History and all chats will be visible. Consultant can send reply from here.
Where can consultant view the calls they have made or received?
Consultant can select Menu -> Call History and view all calls.
Where can a consultant view all account transaction history?
Consultant can select Menu -> Transaction History and view the amount they have paid/received for any calls or consultations they have given via the app.
When can a consultant again set their availability?
Consultant will receive a notification to inform them to set availability for following week (2 days before the current week ends). They can select Menu -> My Calendar to set availability.
Can a consultant set their availability for more than one week?
Consultant can set their availability 1 week at a time.
Can a consultant update information entered during Registration?
Consultant can update certain information by selecting Menu -> My Profile.
How can consultants share their availability with others?
Consultant can share their availability on Facebook and Twitter accounts from Menu -> My Profile screen.
How can a consultant update/cancel an approved consultation?
Consultant can select Menu -> My Calendar, tap on a consultation to update/cancel it.

How can consultants change their password?
Consultant can select Menu -> Settings -> Change Password, and update the password by entering the new password.
Where can consultant's view the scheduled meetings/calls?
Consultant can select Menu -> Scheduled Calls and view all calls scheduled for accepted requests.
How can a consultant be listed as a 'Featured Consultant'?
Consultant can select Menu -> My Profile and tap on 'Promote My Profile' button, which will redirect the consultant to web portal for further process.
How can a consultant block a user?
A consultant can block/unblock a user from Menu -> Call/Chat/Transaction History screens by swiping left on a user from the list.
Where can a Consultant view all the blocked Users?
A new option ‘Blocked Users’ will be available on the Menu that will list all the blocked Users.
